Quality sleep environment was essential for our stay.

Upon arrival, we faced a significant issue with our room assignment. We specifically reserved one king bed, but were given a room with queen beds instead. The lack of attention to cleanliness was alarming, with mold found in the bathroom—a detail that was clearly overlooked. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was incredibly frustrating, as the staff seemed unprepared for our included meal, and had to be reminded multiple times about it. To top it all off, the icy, unshoveled parking lot made leaving the hotel a hazardous affair. This was far from the standard I expected.

It was just a reliable pick for a little getaway in Farmington with good price-value balance. The front desk staff were genuinely helpful when I needed to adjust my check-in time last minute.

Breakfast arrangements were confusing, leading to repeated visits to the front desk for resolution. Despite these challenges, the local focaccia bread provided a nice touch to morning meals.

Jason in the Bistro maintained a positive demeanor even during busy dinner service, ensuring all guests felt attended to. My King Room was clean and equipped with comfortable amenities, making my work stay productive.
